Facts about Emacs 20: 1/ it is no longer supported upstream 2/ it had Release Critical bugs in Debian3/ it has been removed from the Debian archive because of both 1/ and 2/Three good reasons for it not to come back in Debian in any way.
OK, makes sense. When/if Emacs-on-Aqua / Emacs.app is updated to Emacs-22 and has had time to solidify then maybe we can revisit the idea of packaging for Debian.
