Hi,

I'm the previous maintainer of kpowersave.
kpowersave has been removed from the archive (sid/squeeze) as it is
deprecated and replaced by powerdevil, which is an integral part of the
KDE4 workspace.

I thus recommend to remove the kpowersave suggests.
