Because the exim4 init.d script is not disabled for runlevel 4
by ltsp-make-client as it should.  It should probably only run
on diskless workstations, but perhaps it should not run there either?

This bug is also in rc2, and I am not sure how we can fix it for existing
installations with a package upgrade without breaking the debian policy.
