confirmed working on a windows XP
you put in the cd, you get a webpage showing you the readme of the cd.
(we might want to edit that, but it would be a separate bug)
you can do a little wizard and are asked to reboot.
then on next boot you have a "install Debian" entry in the windows boot loader
from there on it's just like if you booted the cd.
