You can read it at http://wiki.debian.org/DebianEdu/Documentation/Etch/ Information how to translate it, can be found at http://wiki.debian.org/DebianEdu/Documentation/Etch/Translations The translation is done via .po files and therefore is the same as with software translations using gettext.
