Huh? So simply putting an ISO image into a "testing" directory (yes,
that's where it is now - apart from it being named "rc") and use it for
a long time makes it somehow "official"?

Is that documentet somewhere? Is it even announced?


Please note that I am _not_ talking about which of the ISOs that are
technically the best and most reliable one. Off course that is relevant,
but the issue here is wether or not it has been _decided_ to
_officially_ move on.
