Bug#250948: dselect: wishlist: option to hide libraries from main window

Often when looking for packages, I do not care to see libraries (and possibly *-common) a would-be-nice 
feature would be to have option to hide lib* and *lib  packages

For sub/depends on menus, it should show  the library packages always
