It is simple pages with html and png. No xml-docbook issue here. I am
not that knowledgeable to use fancy documentation form :(
Makefile was not functioning initially due to the broken content in the
quick-reference/, but who else to blame but me :(
Now all the pages are build properly. I even made semi-decent starting
page. Please check it out!

Known shortcomings:
Graphics are sh--y. Some resolution problem.
No decent CSS exists. That's why the chapter number comes as a just number.
