Just to be clear, I don't want to upload binaries. On the contrary, I
have uploaded a source-only changes which got rejected.
In the current instance, I want sid chroot on stable kernel. I will
look into qemubuilder if it can do that. Thanks for that tip.

Seems like an old thread. I am on the side that binaries should be
built on bare metal by a native compiler.
