Couldn't the package use a name which is more clearly identified as
related to either lacie or uboot? The more specific the package name
the better, unless the package is going to gain support for the uboot
netconsole on many more products. The package name is far from being as
specific as the package itself. General purpose names are (relatively)
fine for general purpose programs.

The Description isn't suitable for a real package, it should at the
very least refer to uboot and lacie. Whichever keyword doesn't get
added to the package name needs to be in the short description.
