If the Alioth admins (CCed) want to fix this in all repositories, they
could just run this sed command that I pasted into #alioth on IRC a
while ago:
sed -i -e 's/^\([^#]*\)cia\.navi\.cx/\1cia.vc/' /svn/*/hooks/*cia*
