Both problems (missing text and visible =20) are caused by MIME headers
missing from the first part of your message. The quoted text is hidden
because there is no empty line after the boundary marker, which makes a
MIME client interpret the text as unknown header lines.
The =20 is displayed because you send quoted printable content without
stating so.
