Where to report bug for lintian HTML pages ?

Hi there,

  I am looking at the page:

http://lintian.debian.org/tags/doc-base-unknown-section.html

Clearly the line (and the href) is bogus:

"Refer to Debian doc-base Manual section 2.3.3 (The section field) for
details. "

Where should I fill a bug for that ?
