All changes (accepted packages) are reported on the debian-change
mailing list. If you don't like the mail interface, you can use some web
archive (gmane.org, groups.google.com... rss and atom feeds are
available on
http://groups.google.com/group/linux.debian.changes.devel/feeds).
I don't know if there is another web interface to this information,
maybe the PTS (packages.qa.debian.org) has something.
