pilot-link from testing/etch provide the file
/usr/share/pilot-link/udev/60-libpisock.rules
This file should be installed as a udev rule to set the group and
permission of the USB device used for the PDA.
Also read /usr/share/doc/pilot-link/README.libusb.gz
All this is automatic with pilot-link 0.12.2-7 (from unstable).
