  and as of a (fairly new) glibc packager, I can say that I'll submit
such patches in a glance (if they are good btw ;). There is an alioth
project (only used to have the pkg-glibc svn on alioth). The svn layout
is pretty easy to figure out.

  The devel takes place on glibc-devel@l.d.o. I'm currently trying to
reduce the >= important bugs to only a few relevant ones, while Aurélien
is busy making it build, then work on all $archs around.
