I would have been nice if you used report bug and its support for
X-Debbugs-CC to send your ITP to debian-perl. Now I am not able to
comment directly to the bug log, since it is not yet available on
bugs.debian.org.
Your package name is wrong, did you read the perl packaging policy?
Also, You fail to mention the upstream source of the module. Is this the
same as the already packaged libcolor-calc-perl?
