Hallo, there is another bug that I feel might be classified as RC. See 399980.Seems that it is impossible to switch keyboard properly on X level (without GNOME applet). The bug is quite new, encountered some month ago. Thus it is impossible to properly use any other window manager.
Debian stable has never met such problem for last 5 years at least. Best regards Peter Tuharsky
