You are wrong. The people who quit after the vote decided to quit
*before* the vote took place, whatever the outcome.
Others are orphaning some packages because they are no longer
motivated enough to maintain these time-consuming packages.
That's all there is to it. Now, could you please go back to your
sandbox ? Thanks.
