Removing moderation on Alioth lists

Dear all,

In the case of the mail list of the packaging project of debian-med, we
decided to remove moderation after reading this thread. It took us some
time to figure out how to do it in mailman. For the other persons
unfamiliar with mailman, here is what to do:

* In Privacy options... / Sender filters,
  set "generic_nonmember_action" to "accept".

* In Privacy options... / Recipient filters,
  set "require_explicit_destination" to "no".
