I have read the social contract, developers-reference and much more
documentation to Debian and for me it is clear:

"ndiswraper" does NOT depend on non-free software because Debian support
the creation of FREE software. So "ndiswraper" should be in "main" to
give developers the ability to code such stuff.

Pushing "ndiswraper" into "contrib" prevent such evolution.

Right, because "ndiswraper" can run at any time a FREE driver which
can be written IF many peoples are naoyed about the Win-NDIS and
begin to code one...

And "ndiswraper" should not be in "contrib" because it CAN BE USED
to load "non-free" Win-NDIS driver in Debian.
