zlib1g/zlib1g-dev mismatch on caballero/sarti builders ?

Hi folks, 

I have (in the httrack source package) a build-depends containing "zlib1g, zlib1g-dev" - is there anything wrong with this dependency ? Some builders seems to have troubles:
