  Tioga is a ruby library providing a way to make high quality graphes. Native output format is PDF, 
processing text using pdflatex. It can be used to plot functions and any kind of scientific data.

  Tioga is quite easy to use and very easy to script, for repetitive plottings, or for making animated 
plots.

PS: the packaging is actually nearly done ;-)
