module-init-tools blacklisting.
Anyway, I implemented support for /etc/hotplug/blacklist.d/ in modprobe,
and in one or two days I will upload the new udev which fully replaces
hotplug.

Everybody who has apt-listchanges installed, for a start.
And if they don't, too bad for them.
