Squid + QoS + tc

Hello, I wanted to know if there is possible to add the zero penality hit patch for squid in the debian package tree.

 

The patch is located at: http://www.it-academy.bg/zph/squid-2.5.STABLE10-ToS_Hit.patch - for squid (2.5-10)
