I do not think it is justified to complain "it annoys me that people
do not do X" without at least referencing a place where people can
learn why they should do X.

I can't answer this. I don't know why this explanation is not included in the dehs web page, or why it wasn't mentioned with the original post.

Now that you have this information, do you think dehs could be useful? Do others think something like dehs could be useful?
