Hi,
Why don't you let the maintainer of the existing 'lopster' package
maintain lopster2? Have you discussed it with him?
I have been the victim of new-version-package-hijacking in the past and
I find it quite rude. However it's OK if you have discussed it with the
current maintainer and have their permission.
