Moving to cdebootstrap will solve this issue, as cdebootstrap is able
to follow dependencies. Unfortunately, that move will have to wait
until after Sarge is released.
(Please test and improve cdebootstrap as much as possible, to make it
ready for use right after Sarge is released. :)
