The project does not exist as a legal entity (but rather uses quasi-independent holding companies like SPI) for this reason (as well as the logistical difficulties it would present). If your country routinely holds you responsible for the actions of people in other countries who you just happen to communicate with on occasion, or that you share interests with, then you really need to emigrate or revolt.
