Packages uploaded but not installed

Hi all,

I noticed last night that two packages built on jt7, an m68k buildd, are
in the state "Uploaded" but it's taking a long time for them to become
"Installed". cernlib has been in this state for over a day, and
mathomatic for over a week. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
 I've already asked the buildd admin for jt7, who has no more idea than
I do.

A little more investigation on www.buildd.net shows a few more packages
with the same problem:

* On mips: devmapper, lineak-defaultplugin, siege-ssl (all uploaded from
reconfig)
* On mipsel: evms (uploaded from repeat)
* On s390: pnet (uploaded from debian01)

Anyone have any ideas how to get these "unstuck"? Most of these are the
 only remaining arch needed for that package to become up-to-date in
unstable.

thanks and regards,
