Good to know. You've just found a new user. :)
However, in order not to distort the statistics, it would be nice if the
package could be configured to not even look at the atime.
I also don't agree with popcon always invoking the MTA as user "root",
because I think it is a reasonable configuration to /deliberately/
restrict "root" from sending mail to the outside world. I've send a
patch to fix this to the BTS (Bug#264593).
