C'mon, you've got bugs in there from over 2 years ago, with patches.  You
haven't made an upload in nearly two years.  Despite the bugs not being RC,
it would be nice to have packages with as few bugs in them as possible in
the upcoming release.

Wolfgang did not make any attempt to contact you at your Maintainer:
address?  I'll agree that is inappropriate.

Maintain your packages so there's no need for an NMU for anything less than
serious severity.

Upload a new version of your own.  That'll override the NMU.
