Would s/contributing\./contributing in a fashion substantively differently
from the fashion he is accusing ftpmaster of contributing./ be more
appropriate?
I actually prefer ftpmaster's actions to Ingo's -- it's a rather useful
demonstration of the famous saying "It is better to remain silent and be
thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt".
