Exactly and Ingo has choosen not to freely distribute the scripts as
is to people that just want to circumvent the block on James and Ryan,
that want to treat the symptoms and not the problem. That is his right.

Please also note that every person that uses those scripts without
limiting the archs is causing an extra ~9GB a month traffic for
himself (his problem) but also for buildd.debian.org.

If Debian is as open as its claimed and people have no problem
communicating with Ryan it shouldn't be too hard to convince Ryan to
include the scripts on buildd.d.o directly (which would save the 9GB a
month traffic alltogether). That people so desperatly want those
scripts to run on their own side instead of convincing Ryan to run
them on buildd.d.o should tell you something.

Ingo is holding his code hostage against Ryan and James untill it gets
released with multibuild in the future. You might not like it but it
is his right.

The conditions are there and you are not going to change them. Change
James and Ryans opinion about supporting buildd.net or Ryans opinion
about including those scripts on buildd.d.o OR write your own free
scripts [parts of it have been done and posted in this thread].
