Because TBM answeres when you write him a mail or ask him on irc, even
if it's a 'no news yet' or 'james will post something next week' or
even a 'I'm busy'.

He might be to busy to do all the thinks one would wish but not to
busy (or lazy or arrogant) to get that fact across.
