Well, perhaps for people who monitor all the various threads, but in the
voting materials in their narrow[1] meaning, it wasn't mentioned at all.

I never said that the title or the description was intentionally deceptive.
I implied that they turned out to be misleading. We can't magically avoid
acknowledging the side effect now just because it's unwanted.
