Oh, yeah. You have no idea on what grounds he was rejected and thus
conclude that it was 'on personal prejustice[sic]'. Makes sense.

PS :You probably don't know, but there is still the NM-committee, which
can overrule the decision of the DAM. If it's just the DAMs personal
prejudice, this surely will be the case, right?
