The most important/serious was solved by uploading qt-x11-free for mipsel by
someone else.

Yeah, that packages was under control, being watched very closely... ;)

Yeah, that's a normal behaviour. Packages can get lost somewhere (mails get
lost somehow, etc). When you discovered a problem, contacted the buildd
admin and got feedback, everything is ok. But that wasn't quite the case for
q-tx11-free on mipsel.
