Packages up for adoption

I am too busy to take care of my packages properly so all my packages 
are hearby up for adoption. 

These are important and active upstream and need quite a lot of work:

libxml2
dia
directfb

These are not active upstream but have important bugs:

realtimebattle
libxml

There are not active upstream and does not have important bugs. I could
probably manage these if noone wants them.

ascd
ascdc
cdecl
xdu
xcolors
coolmail
artist
asmixer
