No I've not. I do admit that we have RC bugs in testing... (read again)
but we have way more RC bugs in unstable than in testing.
And the matter of the discussion is "can a subproject base its work
on testing and release something based on testing", and my answer is
yes. I've already done it with the DebianEduc distributed in France
and I had no big problems.
