You need to change the version information manually in
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/version.h I think. The problem got introduced by
the kernel maintainer removing all header packages for specific kernel builds
and just providing one header package not regarding the dependency of all
apps that test kernel-version and headers-version.
Request that to be reverted and a new set uploaded that includes header
packages for each kernel-image deb that match the kernel version information
:-)
