So should there be a kdelibs2-dev, or should we just wait until we make
it through and there is a kdelibs-dev for KDE 3?

Should be not a problem. It's all C as far as I'm aware... oh, never
mind, I missed libGLU. Hmm. No, that'll kill KDE 2 all right.
