Not that I'm personally convinced menu usage should be policy; but he's
clearly using these as examples of programs that don't use the menu. I
really don't think he needs to be told what to do to have it added for
individual packages, when he's apparently looking for consistent menu
usage, even among applications he doesn't personally use.
