call for lintian bugs
So, the freeze looms near. I would really like lintian to be up to snuff when
it gets frozen. In a few minutes 1.20.17 will be uploaded which fixes the
duplicate relations bug that people have been getting lately.
Your job is to examine your overrides files and make sure that the proper bugs
have been filed. if you feel brave, try to fix the lintian code. If not maybe
you can at least point out where the failure is.
If you have never run lintian, please do. Admittedly it is a stupid program.
However it does a good job of catching the stupid stuff. There are new bugs to
be filed and checks to be added.
