Unfortunately, no; only the binary CDs as downloaded from d.o. They may
provide source CDs (I guess hosting a source mirror on their FTP site is
enough for the legal aspect), or have pointers to partners who do (including
non-US) but I haven't asked them, and have lost the magazine which
accompanied the CD set (which I don't personally use, except to lend and
spread).
