I do this to all of my accounts (root and non-root) everywhere. But then
again, I also do chsh -s `which zsh`. *shrug*

I take it this isn't vger.kernel.org?

Also, your To:ing and CC:ing was very bad. Please send the mail *only*
to submit@bugs.debian.org, with an X-Debbugs-CC: header, including
whoever you want to CC. (Can this be a psuedo-header?).
