The problem with rsync is that servers dont like running it.
xdelta is a binary diff program based of the algorithm rsync uses, if a
diff method was to be used then i think it would be better to used
xdelta to generate the diff, then just spit the binary diff out via
normal fpt/http/whatever, rather than using rsync.
