It is indeed my package (as far as it's mine, me being a NM). Steve is
my sponsor and I have sent an inquiry to the upstream author about
renaming the package in debian, I probably should ask him about renaming
his package too, but agreement to such a thing is possibly harder to
achieve.
My thought is to rename it to template-new or tmpl-new, so as to retain
the 'new' part for those who will search for it, while thinking on it it
seems like new-template might be better.
And a note in README.Debian will be added to mention this rename.
