I've already prepared a new revision a couple of days ago with I believe
enough clarification about the license and the permission that was given. I'm
now uploading the new revision to the same location.

pmetis is sitting there half-packaged but I don't want to finish it before I
test it thoroughly and the first upload of metis has been achieved. :)
