Telstra should have registered something for those addresses.
Either they should ask you what it should be, or they should
provide a matching A record in their own domain.
I just checked the DNS for a friend of mine who has permanent
dial up to Telstra; he has both PTRs for his Telstra IPs
pointing to his own domain.
